Welch LLP’s Toronto location faced the challenge of creating a safe workplace for their staff with a 50% capacity limit during a mandated COVID-19 lockdown. Switching to a remote work model was not an option because they were deemed an essential service. They had to find a solution that would allow their staff to safely work in the office.
